Shawn or shaun, short hair, skinny male. His hair is to the side. Very very bad customer service. Gave me a very bad experience at this location multiple times. I don't know if he is the manager or not, but people spend their money here and it is completely ridiculous the way he acts. Gives me major attitude. I wish Starbucks would do something about it.May 30, 2016
